Shipping policy
We are unable to accommodate delivery instructions for shipments. We advise that you contact your shipping carrier directly for more information.
Estimated shipping time is calculated after products have shipped, it does not include processing time to pack the order and days of the weekend. Please advise that shipping times listed are only an estimate. Some orders may take more business days than the estimated delivery time during the holiday season due to postal delays.
Processing times can take an estimated 1-2 business days, if not longer during sale times and holidays.
If you suspect that your package is lost, please contact your courier service provider first to inspect where the package has gone and email us at kawaiinailsnyc@gmail.com.
If you do not receive an email response within 24 hours it may be that your email has not gone through to our inbox. Please send us a follow up email if this is the case.
If your tracking has not been updated for a few days, please understand that it is likely being transferred over shipping facilities. It may take a few days to update as we partner with various couriers that are processing updates into separate systems when being handed over the shipment. Delays can be caused by inclement weather or sale times.
We provide standard/economy shipping by partnering with with various delivery companies (DHL,UPS, USPS).
International shipping times are estimated 15-22 business days. International packages with a refusal to pay customs will not be refunded.
Local drop off has been discontinued.
Customers are responsible for any customs, additional shipping fees from their country’s postage system, and duties & taxes that may occur outside of USA. Please note, delivery timeframes may be delayed if items are held in each country's customs.
If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure that your country's postal office accepts parcels. We will not be responsible for undeliverable orders returned to us.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their country’s customs can accept our products. We are not responsible for any returned or disposed packages in the case that customs does not accept your order.
We do not refund orders that have been disposed/returned due to the customer’s negligence to not pick up their parcel from the post office within the holding period.
